Celtic entertain Dundee in Glasgow's east end as Brendan Rodgers' men look to record back-to-back wins in the Scottish Premiership after clinically disposing of Motherwell at Fir Park on Sunday.
The last time the men in green and white faced the Dark Blues at Celtic Park they clocked up an incredible 7-1 scoreline back in February en route to clinching the league and Scottish Cup double. A repeat of that result would do the Irishman and the supporters nicely.
It's another huge week domestically for Celtic with Aberdeen lying in wait in the Scottish League Cup semi-final at Hampden Park on Saturday. Celtic could find themselves at the top of the table all on their own come Wednesday night as joint leaders Aberdeen take on Rangers at Pittodrie in a mouth-watering.
The Scottish champions cannot affect what happens in the Granite City but they can control what happens in G40 by registering another three points against a side who have won just once in their last seven league outings.
Who will Rodgers choose to do battle in this match? The Celtic Way’s Ryan McGinlay and Tony Haggerty each have their say…
Tony Haggerty
Two clean sheets in their last two matches in both the Champions League and the Scottish Premiership.
Can Celtic make it three in a row?
The disappointment of the 2-2 draw against Aberdeen has already been consigned to the dustbin. The mood music around the club is sweet and you get the feeling the champions are moving in one direction. Rodgers freshened things up in Lanarkshire and he may well turn to a core and nucleus of the same players to perform at Parkhead in this one.
Kasper Schmeichel will start between the sticks. He had one hairy moment at Fir Park when he played a risky pass to Paulo Bernardo that the Portuguese midfielder duly lost and Lennon Miller smashed the ball against the post. That apart he was rarely trouble. At right back, Sunday's stand-in skipper Alistair Johnston was immense and scored the second killer goal against the Steelmen as he led by example. Spaniard Alex Valle will continue to add to his impressive showreel on the opposite side.
In the centre of defence, the American boys Cameron Carter-Vickers and Auston Trusty could well be seen for the first time, as Irishman Liam Scales gets rotated. That's no slight on Scales who has been a solid performer and played a raft of games for both club and country. With Saturday's semi-final in mind, Carter-Vickers needs the game time.
In the midfield, Luke McCowan will start successive games against his former employers. That is a challenge that he will relish. Skipper Callum McGregor will not be risked ahead of the weekend as he recovers from an abductor injury that ruled him out of proceedings in Lanarkshire. McCowan will be ably assisted by £11 million man Arne Engels who will return to the starting fold and the final slot in the midfield jigsaw will go to Bernardo.
Up front, Adam Idah looks certain to miss out after being injured by Motherwell defender Liam Gordon's shocker of a lunge on the Irish attacker which quite rightly saw the player receive his marching orders. Kyogo Furhashi will lead the line in Idah's absence and he will be joined by German winger Nicolas Kuhn who will play on the right and Japanese wide man Daizen Maeda on the left, Celtic should win this by a few goals to spare. If they control the controllables they will make it another long evening for the Dens Park side. However, prepare yourself for a night of distraction with eyes and ears trained elsewhere.
Tony's team: Schmeichel; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Trusty, Valle; McCowan, Engels, Bernardo Kuhn, Idah, Maeda

The games sure do come thick and fast at the moment, don't they?
Indeed, just a three-day turnaround for Rodgers and his side, as Tony Docherty's side rocks up to Celtic Park on Wednesday hoping to put a spanner in the works of the home side's title charge. Though many eyes will understandably be on events at Pittodrie between Aberdeen and Rangers, Celtic must keep on winning and continue to put the pressure on their rivals.
Because of this, Rodgers will name a strong squad again for this one, though there will be changes. Schmeichel will remain in goals, where he will be supported by Valle and Johnston at left and right-back respectively. Both were immense at Fir Park, and will be called upon to do work on both ends of the pitch. Like Tony, I believe that we'll see Carter-Vickers and Trusty start for the first time together, as Celtic's American defensive wall takes shape at the back. Scales will be recalled at the weekend because of this - as will Greg Taylor.
In the midfield, the captain will not be risked, so Celtic will restore Engels to the starting line-up. He will be supported by Bernardo at the base and McCowan in the eight position - an engine room full of goals and drive for Rodgers. We need a big performance from Engels, though you expect the record signing to turn it on again in no time. For McCowan, the chance to score against his former employers will be very tempting for the £1 million man.
Up front, Idah's injury will mean that Kyogo will lead the line for Celtic, where he will be supported by Luis Palma and Nicolas Kuhn. Maeda needs to be forward cover, therefore he will stay on the bench unless required - Palma's big opportunity has arrived.
Celtic to win very comfortably at home - maybe another six or seven goals to add, perhaps? Rodgers' men to turn on the style.
Ryan's team: Schmeichel; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Trusty, Valle; Bernardo, McCowan, Engels; Kuhn, Kyogo, Palma
