Celtic's triumphant 3-1 UEFA Champions League win over RB Leipzig was underscored by a Man of the Match performance from Nicolas Kuhn.

The German's brace helped the Hoops pull level on the night, before extending their lead on the cusp of half-time.

An opportune Reo Hatate strike put daylight between the sides during the second period, on an evening of football that was up there with Celtic's best in Europe for some time.

Kuhn's first goal was easily the pick of the bunch on the night, when a deft Arne Engels flick saw the 24-year-old drift from the inside-right channel and curl an exquisite effort into the far corner away from the goalkeeper.

Amid prior transfer speculation that suggested Celtic's asking price for Kuhn was somewhere in the ballpark of €10 million, TCW's Ryan McGinlay suggested that figure could be four times that value.
