Joe Hart retired as a winner when he helped Celtic clinch the 2023/24 Scottish Cup against Rangers at Hampden in May – and he holds the manager in high regard.
The now former veteran stopper worked under a host of high-profile coaches throughout his glittering career, not least Brendan Rodgers and former Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.
Under both, the Englishman secured a collective seven winner's medals, most recently helping Rodgers' side win a traditional league and cup double during the 2023/24 campaign.
In an exclusive interview with the Celtic View magazine, Hart had nothing but praise for Rodgers after a full season working under the Irishman.
He said: "He's been a joy to work with. I've known him professionally through the years, playing against his teams, and he's always been very personable.
"I think as a coach and as a manager he's been exceptional. He really understood me and I've enjoyed playing under him."

Since hanging up his gloves at the end of the last campaign, Hart has impressed with his insightful analysis as a pundit during Euro 2024, praising Scottish football on more than one occasion.
As a Celtic player, Hart often spoke of the standards and expectations set by this squad on and off the pitch, which is something he also explored with the Celtic View.
The 37-year-old said: "We worked hard in training, competing against each other.
"That's why it felt like we weren't making a step up when it came to games, because we competed so heavily against each other."
