Gustaf Lagerbielke's transfer exit to Lecce has been halted by Celtic due to concerns over an injury to Cameron Carter-Vickers, according to reports.
He was all set to make the move to Italy with a medical set to take place the minute he landed on Italian soil.
However, the 23-year-old saw his move fall apart after a breakdown in negotiations left Lagerbielke in limbo.
And now, a new twist in the transfer saga suggests ANY January move could be ruled out - despite the player agreeing to move - with Celtic having fears over an injury to Carter-Vickers.
The American international returned for Celtic against Ross County at the weekend but was replaced just after the hour mark by Maik Nawrocki.
Now, Gianluca DiMarzio reports Celtic chiefs have concerns Carter-Vickers could be sidelined again.

He recently ended transfer speculation by penning a new long-term contract at Cerltic but recent reports have claimed he could be sidelined for a period.
