Everything that Celtic captain Callum McGregor said to the media after the 0-0 draw with Hibernian at Easter Road

How did you see that one today?

We probably did enough to win it in the last 25 minutes. The tempo of the game probably was not where we wanted it to be especially in the first half. We started to get going in the second half and in the last 25 minutes we were unlucky not to win the game. I guess the learning in that it to try and start and impose ourselves on the game quicker and try and get those little combinations going. I thought when we did that we pinned them in and restricted them to very little on the counter attack as well. It was frustrating and disappointing in terms of the result. Then we thought could we nick something in the end and we pushed enough to get something.

It was a huge collective effort on Wednesday night. Did that possibly have an effect on today?

Maybe a little bit. We don't want to be a team that make excuses and things like that. I guess it's natural as we put so much into the game and the numbers were massive from the other night and it is more of a mindset thing to get going in the game. You saw in the last 25 how we speeded the game up and we look more like ourselves. It was probably a combination of physically and mentally and trying to ease or way into the game which is not like us and we need to take the learning in that for sure.

You cannot win every game but given how tough the away schedule has been in the last couple of months can this still be seen as a good point?

Yes for sure. It is not all doom and gloom and we have been to some really difficult places so far and got maximum points so we are probably due one. If you look at it over the course of the season you will probably drop points in one of these games which is fairly normal for the team. It is disappointing as you want to win every game, of course you do but it could be a good point come the end of the season.

You have scored late winners so many times before did you feel that it was going to come again?

I did actually at the time. We had really pinned them in and we were creating little crossing situations and then there is the one off the bar from James Forrest and had that feeling that we were pushing and pushing and they weren't getting much in terms of counter-attacking and you felt that it was a matter of time but it was one of those days when it was not meant to be.
