Celtic continued their pre-season campaign with an astonishing 6-4 victory over Queen's Park at the City Stadium (Lesser Hampden) A hat-trick by Japanese talisman Kyogo Furuhash saw the striker take his pre-season tally to an impressive four goals in two games. Danish international Matt O'Riley, Oh Hyeon-Gyu and Francis Turley also got their names on the scoresheet in a ten-goal thriller.

The panel discussed Kyogo's performances to date and asked whether the 29-year-old who bagged 19 goals for the men in green and white last season has rediscovered his midas touch in front of goal.

Brendan Rodgers was full of praise for Kyogo and his first-class attitude since the club came back in for pre-season.

Kyogo will be hopeful of continuing his scoring exploits when the club embark on a pre-season trip Stateside where they will take on DC United in Washington in the early hours of Sunday, July 21.

The Scottish champions will also face Manchester United in the Kenan Stadium on Wednesday, July 23 and Chelsea in the Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday, July 27.
