Celtic and Benfica have reportedly agreed a £4.2 million fee for Paulo Bernardo. According to Portuguese outlet Mais Futebol, Celtic and Benfica have reportedly agreed on a £4.2 million fee and the clubs are currently discussing the sell-on clause.

Despite new Norwich City manager Johannes Hoff Thorup's willingness to work with Idah - who still has four years of his contract left to run with the Canaries - it appears that Celtic may be prepared to up the ante to land their man. Having had an initial bid of £4 million rejected the Scottish champions could be lining up a £6 million plus bid as Rodgers steps up his interest in the Republic of Ireland international striker.

Danish goalkeeper Jensen currently at Sparta Prague remains a top target for the Northern Irishman with the Czech side reputedly wanting £8 million to secure his services.
