Kenny penned a five-year-deal with the Hoops from Sligo Rovers in January 2022 but has yet to make a first-team appearance for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
The Irish forward is now nearing the end of his two-season loan spell with Shamrock Rovers in the League of Ireland Premier Division where he is the Tallaght club's top scorer.
