The Green Brigade has urged Celtic fans to back their bid to get more safe standing inside Parkhead.

The ultras group wants to see the creation of a 'Celtic End' at the stadium in Glasgow's east end.

As the Scottish Premiership champions embark on their biggest-ever supporters' survey with fans, the group has pleased with fellow respondents to push for additional safe standing within the ground.

The Green Brigade are currently housed in the only safe-standing section of the stadium at the moment.

Two seasons go, for a Celtic Women's match, the group packed out the Jock Stein Stand behind the goal to create the 'Celtic End' for the first time, with scenes like that something they want on a regular basis for home games.

They have asked fans to respond to a particular section the club's questionnaire.

The GB have posted a video on social media to highlight how fans should do this.

A statement in full reads: “We encourage all Celtic supporters to complete the Celtic Fans’ Survey 2024 which has been launched today by the club. For fans who enjoy the Celtic Park atmosphere and value the positive impact this has on the team, we encourage you to answer favourably to questions related to Safe Standing sections.

"A goal-end standing section will transform the Celtic Park atmosphere for the better and give the team stronger, more consistent support from the stands. This survey is an opportunity to prove to the club that there is significant demand for this to happen. Within the survey, there are two questions related specifically to Safe Standing. If you support the introduction of a goal-end Standing Section then please answer ‘YES’ to both questions. There are an additional two questions related to improving Celtic Park facilities and enhancing the matchday experience. Please refer to a ‘GOAL-END STANDING SECTION’ in your answer.”

On the survey, a Celtic spokesperson said: “This will be the biggest ever survey of Celtic supporters worldwide, commissioned by the club as part of our ongoing commitment to fan engagement.

"Supporters have until 5pm on Friday, July 26 to complete the survey so make sure you get involved.”
